Where Off Piste Designs started
Andrew Harris started Off Piste Designs in July 2020. After exiting the ski industry earlier that year and the motorcycle industry the year prior, he longed for an occupation and sense of purpose that seemed more permanent. He followed his passion for woodworking and started a custom furniture company based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Since then, he has enjoyed the opportunity to work on some awesome projects with some amazing clients both here in Utah and nationwide. The one-on-one creative process with the client to make their furniture ideas come to life has been an extremely rewarding process and the client satisfaction that comes from this process is what keeps him motivated.
Andrew focuses on three core pillars in his design and execution: modern design, traditional techniques & joinery, and unique woods.
